The type of classes we offer are:
Evolve Basics- The easiest class we offer, 30 mins bodyweight, bands, light dumbbells. This class is great for people who are at a very low fitness level or who have physical restrictions. This is a very slow-moving class.
Evolve Bodyweight- HIIT, Gamified, Circuit, Tabata, etc These classes are a faster-paced class and we mix it up with different class types each day. No equipment needed and modifications are offered for all fitness levels.
Evolve Dumbbells- This class is our dumbbell class. We combined circuits, strength training, body weight, and cardio all into this class. Dumbbells are needed for this class!
We Livestream our studio classes and have a few virtual-only classes.
