Serving the greater Malvern, PA area Personal Trainer and Owner Brian Washington is passionate about personal training and credits his wife for encouraging the last 6 years of his professional efforts. Much of Brian's success as a personal trainer can be attributed to his many years of football conditioning and personal ambition to maintain his own physical fitness. His goal is to assist people who want to stay in shape and improve their lifestyle, while providing motivation, guidance, and results.
Brian transferred to West Chester University in 2003 where he was playing football until he was sideline with an injury. After putting in months of rehab and pushing his himself he later signed to a minor league team and achieved honors as a 4-time National All Star. He received his personal training certification and nutrition consultant certification from one of the top schools in the country National Personal Training Institute in Philadelphia, PA and also has a degree in Sports Management.
Brian is a member of the Idea Health and Fitness Association. Since graduation he started Live Train Evolve in 2009 and offers in-home personal training and fitness boot camps and later open the studio in Malvern, PA. Brian is also a featured Trainer and Contributor in the book The Real Skinny on Fitness and Nutrition.

Emmy is a lifelong athlete and has been teaching others for a decade. She was captain of the Skidmore College polo team in 2010. Upon graduating, she was the head coach of the nationally ranked Brandywine Scholastic women and open polo teams. Emmy has taught horseback riding lessons for many years via camps, clinics, and private instruction.
Emmy started training martial arts in 2011. She holds a purple belt/ black gi in Shaolin Kung Fu, a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, blue belt black stripe in Althouse Karate Kickboxing and Blue Paprachiat (Assistant instructor rank) in Kao Loy Muay Thai. She has also studied Tae Kwan Do and Moy Yat Ving Tsun. Emmy has fought Muay Thai, Kickboxing, and Boxing. She recently won the D.C./Virginia district golden gloves 114lb championship in March 2017.
Emmy specializes in teaching striking, muscular and cardio endurance, core strengthening, explosiveness, and yoga. She is available for small group sessions, boot camps, and privates for all ages and levels. Sport-specific strength and conditioning includes but is not limited to: equestrian disciplines, golf, 5&10k, returning after injury, prep for competitive mud runs.
